Everyone knows Epcot as the place with the big golf ball. Epcot's divided into two different sections with the first part based on technology and the second half is The Worlds. The Worlds is divided into different "mini countries" that range from Canada, Morroco, Japan, the U.S., France, etc. In each country you're able to sample authentic cuisine and arts and crafts from that region.
My favorite part of EPCOT is the fireworks show that's put on everynight. If you sit around the pavillion, you can see the fireworks, hear the music, and just enjoy the ambience. The food is also one of the best parts about EPCOT, here are some must haves: Creme Brulee from France, Churros from Mexico, Sushi from Japan, and Fish and Chips from England.
Most of the pictures from my blog were taken by my wonderful, artistic sister, Melanie. The one below is from the China pavillion.
